David established Werbeck & Associates in 2022, leveraging nearly two decades of experience in the behavioral health field. His profound commitment to serving as an advocate for individuals and their families underpins his seasoned approach to intervention and therapeutic placement. David's journey began in 2006 as an admissions counselor, where he swiftly recognized his innate ability to support others effectively. Over the years, he honed his skills and became certified as an ARISE® interventionist in 2013. Through this invitational model, David has spent the past decade cultivating a compassionate and strategically therapeutic approach to working with families and their loved ones in need. While he doesn't identify solely as a traditional interventionist, David sees himself as a navigator and connector of care, dedicated to helping anyone seeking assistance, whether for themselves, a client, or a loved one. His overarching goal is to serve as each client's unwavering advocate from the initial call through the entirety of the treatment process, regardless of its duration. Originally from Seattle, David spent two decades in Nashville before relocating to the suburbs of New York City in August 2021 with his wife, Kristin, their daughter, Scout, and three dogs. He takes pride in assembling and orchestrating highly impactful teams of treatment providers while adhering to the fundamental principle that the client's needs always take precedence.
